1. Such small things that other apps do that this one doesn't.Fingerprint login stops working every other day "due to a recent update", and when making a payment, you don't have a pre-filled option to pay off the *current* balance.

I appreciate that, unlike many other businesses, their "contact us" page is a phone number for reaching real people, but it would would be nice to also offer a quicker feedback option.Horrendous -- for the last three versions this app simply crashes while trying to open it on my Note 20 Ultra (Snapdragon version).
3. Mild inconvenience I know, but every other banking app gives you a quick option to pay your balance in full at any time of the month.I live overseas and travel frequently.
4. There's really no excuse for the app to crash upon startup.First the bad: if I have repeat payments on but want to pay off the full amount, I shouldn't have to cancel the automatic payment scheduled for 3 weeks from now to pay in full.

The way the app is engineered and programmed it's hard to get around not user-friendly the only reason the app is still on my phone is because if you don't use it every so often they close out your account and when you close out a line of credit it lowers your credit score DO NOT GET THEIR CREDIT LINE or until they start listening to all their customersFingerprint access does not work..... It will let you turn it on, but the minute you exit.
6. At first it was extra steps to login, now, I get a 'locked account' notification whenever I try, and if I take the time to call to unlock, I'm told it's not locked and the customer service has no clue what the issue is.
7. The app doesn't show your balance on the screen where you make payments, nor does it automatically give you the option to pay the current balance.
8. Only options are statement balance, minimum payment, or a custom amount.
9. When I could access the app, it was fine.In the 2 ½ years I've had my card and account, I've not been able to get past the login page once.
10. If you want to pay all of the current balance, you have to memorize or write it down, then enter it as a custom amount.
11. But instead, with only this app for some reason, you need to go see what your automatic payment is and then subtract that from the amount you want to pay or cancel your automatic payment.
