1. With the preset, 30 day plans, I am more likely to just skip the day than complete a workout I just don't feel up to.I've use this app 5 days a week with dumbbells for about 5 months (HIIT 30 min.). I'm a pretty fit person and find the workouts to be very challenging and rewarding.
2. Okay: SWEATY I was looking for an app that would simply have a way for me to get a variety of different types of HIIT workouts, without having to plan them myself (yet... with the option to moves things around/switch things up as desired).
3. I have not found anything that I dislike about this app.Excellent HIIT app! The workouts are super simple to follow and provide a fantastic full body exercise.
4. The characteristics I like best about this app are: 1) there are a great variety of exercises and each are demonstrated by video; 2) the difficulty is adjusted based on feedback that I provide; 3) exercises that I dislike can be skipped.
5. Simple to use and generates different workouts based on your ratings for the difficulty of the workout you just performed.
6. I alternate between the hiit mode and joint friendly mode and it's perfect!Very happy so far! My workout routine has been adding one minute of this regime every day.
7. I hope that the developers could make it where there is an option in the exercise list where you can mark which exercises you love and hate.My favorite exercise app.
8. It is not a workout VIDEO, just prompts you with what action to take, which move is coming up next, when to rest, and keeps track of the time.
9. Each exercise is demonstrated on screen with the workout timer next to it.
10. The short videos introducing each exercise are very helpful and easy to follow, even for someone who (*cough*) lacks coordination and grace.
11. If I am having an off day, I am much more likely to complete my workout if I can change it as needed.
