1. What I would like to see is with each week more intense exercises or a change in them since the body adapts to repetitive workout and it no longer gives results.I love fitify, they keep doing right.
2. Wish it connected to Samsung Health and Google Fit.Really the only way this could be improved is by having a body/muscle diagram where you can tap a muscle group and pick the amount of definition you want there, and then receive a workout routine targeted for that.Very good app.
3. Just keep it up fitify, doing great đź‘Ť, always keep adding exercises to the list as some of us ( did Mma 8 straight years and I'm training for longevity now on my own as Mma $$$$$$ expensv) advanced trainers really LOOK forward to new , fun and challenging exercises!This app is so good.
4. Guaranteed with fitify you will always target various different parts of your body, that's why I have nearly all their Apps, lower body, the full workout app, even the warm up and Cool down app.
5. It definitely helped with my jump and can help with yours too if you are willing to put in the effort.No significant adds, plain, graphical and ready to go whenever, wherever you can squeeze a little workout.I really enjoy the options available on this app.

7. But i like that if you extend the duration of the workout there is more exercise variations that are added to the workout.
8. BUT.....this app has several options I can do that really push me! Several more are easily modified or I can just switch out one or two exercises and continue with the routine.
9. How you can target areas of the body you want to work on and set a timer from 5-60mins.
10. Which can make it hard to get an intense workout.
