1. After I did 15 minutes of The Core workout , I actually felt something the next day and it made me super happy LOL and it gives you the option for easy moderate or tough workouts too which is another bonusThis app needs to be a little bit more friendly to first time users.
2. Set your own times (individual exercise, rest time, total) The short exercise demos are perfect - and with motion to show how it's done.
3. However, it would be even better if (on the exercise list) the app included the major muscles that you are working with each exercise.It is a great app, the only feedback I have is to give a slight delay to switch sides.
4. Live the way the video shows you each exercise and that you can set the timer.Didn't work.
5. The only thing I I find difficult is that it doesn't count down to the end of the exercise like in the main app and I can't see away to make it do it.
6. Showed the first exercise (prone cobra) but there was no image.
7. The app seems to be a good idea, but I can't rate it very high because of the ftue.Love this app and exercise.
8. I really like the fact that you can pick how long you want to work out in which areas you want to focus on at any given time.
9. Swiss ball workouts work every muscle group and improves my balance.
10. Far more challenging than it appears and the app allows me to tailor my routines for a complete workout based on my skills.
