1. I used a credit card from this bank in which I will no longer be using due to the fact that it takes weeks for your purchase to post and there intrest rates are far too high to have minimal time to pay.
2. If I feel like adding like 200.00 during the month it does not allow you to do so and even telephone banking if you want to make a payment that's not the monthly amount it has to be greater than your monthly payment you can't just put anything.
3. (I'm guessing)The app does not give us here in the USVI the option to make an extra payment of whatever amount towards your personal loan.
4. Need to re-enter fingertips almost every time want to access my acct.Photo deposit almost never work.
5. It takes DAYS, sometimes a week for payments and charges to reflect, making it difficult to keep track of your spendings.
6. I found out that it needs better lighting for it to recognise images.App worked well until today when I got a message that there is a new update which must be installed in order to continue.
7. However, it does not provide bill payment history when the vendor is a third party.
8. I deposited 2 checks on a Saturday at the drive thru sat there for an hour and I can't find anywhere in the app to even look for anything pending and late Sunday and it still doesn't reflect the transaction at all.
9. At least you don't have to go to the bank but, I think it has a world of options to improve.You have different links for EVERY service you offer.
10. PLEASE CORRECT AT ONCE AS I AM HOUSEBOUND AND ALL MY TRANSACTIONS ARE THROUGH THIS APP.The app kicks me out almost every time I try to deposit a check online and rarely will it take it the 1st time.
