1. Nothing about the bank or their app makes them standout compared to a Chase Bank except their interest rate which is quickly becoming a non factor.this ppace didnt want to accept a check that was a good check from Shop Smarter.

2. Waste of space on my phone.Interest rate used to be 4% upto 50K and in just over a year it went down to 1% upto 25K for now reason while the DOW is at record high...and so that is the reason I have decided to leave this bank this coming month.

3. I wish they would allow larger transfer amounts and larger check amounts per transaction and per month.The app is unusable since update last year, the log in screen is blank.

4. Interface is good in the app and they have been helpful when I needed it so I will give the bank that.The bank itself continues to lose any reason to bank with them.

5. So, combine a non working app and interest rates lower than others, equals reasons to leave money in their hands as few.Almost never works properly.

6. As for the bank itself, disappointed that their interest rate has gone from one of the best to now is the same or even less than many others.

7. Also the instructions on taking picture of check when doing mobile deposit could be clearer.Disappointing app.

8. Thanks to this sub par mobile app I opened a different account and took my business elsewhere.

9. Just like PayPal, I imagine they'll eventually offer no interest rate.

10. All day I've been trying to sync and it just keeps saying "Momentarily not working".

11. And I can't transfer any money to my TAB account because apparently there isn't any "eligible" accounts.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TAB Bank Issues

1. Fix TAB Bank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TAB Bank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TAB Bank App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TAB Bank" » Open TAB Bank Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TAB Bank » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TAB Bank Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TAB Bank servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TAB Bank Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TAB Bank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TAB Bank might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TAB Bank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TAB Bank then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TAB Bank not working
