There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by EastWest Mobile:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

• Good day! I would like my online account in Eastwest mobile Banking to be deleted because I cannot access my account for the reason that I used my old phone in opening my online account and i gave away my phone and was not able to log it out so it keeps saying that i am logged in to another device. Please respond immediately because I cannot track my bills anymore and its a hassle.
