1. Love the promise of regularly updatedI got the app working but it's useless except to turn card off, not sure why they couldn't put that feature in the other app? The problem I have is fingerprint scanner not working, it says it takes fingerprint and it's good but then says put in password for security every time.I really like the idea of this app..ive tried for months to get it to work but it wont go pass the (lets get started) page..ive updated, reinstalled, and i jst got a new phone the app still wont work..it jst keeps reloading from the let get started on page..really would love to have this app working..hopefully it will work soon..I'm seriously mad that someone had this stupid idea to split the apps up.

2. Sadly, about half the messages don't contain the amount because the message is TOO LONG because every message starts with "Brought to you by ECU Cards:"... We've already downloaded and installed the app, you don't need to keep advertising it to us.. Drop this message prefix and this app gets 5 stars, otherwise it just gets uninstalled.Installed OK, but can't get past the "Let's Get Started" screen.

3. I don't have access to a computer so email is difficult to use for verification with an app like this.2 years with ECU and I've had more difficulties here than the 28 years I was with my former bank.

4. I tried to use the "I've already enrolled for this app" option but it didn't take my credentials because apparently I haven't enrolled yet which I assume you can do through this app.I dont understand the need for this app.

5. App loads to screen with "Let's Get Started" button, but when that button is selected, it reloads the opening screen.

6. My Old bank is starting to not look so bad any longer.FIX THE MESSAGES! There are really only two important pieces of information in the messages from this app, the business and the amount charged.

7. I never had an issue with the ECU app's card control, but that was taken away and replaced by this problematic app.I'm sure this app would be fantastic if I had the opportunity to create my account.

11. I can't back out of the app to check my email for the code because once I go to enter the code in the app, it kicks me out to start the process over again.

1. Fix ECU Cards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ECU Cards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ECU Cards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ECU Cards" » Open ECU Cards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ECU Cards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ECU Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ECU Cards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ECU Cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ECU Cards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ECU Cards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ECU Cards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ECU Cards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ECU Cards not working

2. Fix ECU Cards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ECU Cards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ECU Cards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ECU Cards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
