1. Easy to use with all the useful functions i need👍👍👍👍👍Is there a "lite" mode that doesn't ask a series of questions as to what we want to do with the image after we save it? That option would be great.As soon as I pressed open I got kicked which is why I don't try these apps and even if u report it,it doesn't report the problem#doesn't fix itDownloaded twice and tried everything... app just does not work.Garbage when the essential functions are locked behind paying for the pro version.

Still seems to be one of nicer once out there.Does what it's meant to do its really simple to use but when you press close after editing the screenshot it should take you back to the app you was on and not to the home screen.It does the job! Expect up to a 15 second delay between the screen shot being taken and the app activating.Good BUT you add a completely unnecessary step! Why not START on the crop tab, since that is ALWAYS what im going to do! Why would i use the app just to LOOK at the picture.

3. I will be deleting this app.Works great just wish there was a way to put all your clips in different folders, when you have a lot of clips its a pain to go through them all and find the one you need.

4. I had several screenshots in my phone at this time, and I checked multiple times to make sure that the app permissions were set correctly.

5. This app looked good, but I opened it and had many problems with the formatting.

6. Also, no matter what I did, the app continued to tell me that my gallery was empty.

1. Fix Smart Screenshot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart Screenshot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Screenshot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Screenshot" » Open Smart Screenshot - cut & share » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Screenshot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Screenshot - cut & share app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Screenshot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Screenshot - cut & share" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart Screenshot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Screenshot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Screenshot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Screenshot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Screenshot not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Screenshot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Screenshot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Screenshot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
