1. I guess it's a way to get people to pay for service... Ya know, like ransomware.I've been getting really annoying pop-up ads that appear every two or three minutes I can't even turn on my phone without having a pop-up add it's very annoying and instead of just telling us to email you how about you actually try to fix this this app is terrible, I recommend CCleaner witch doesn't bombard you with adds and their profiting off of it because they're showing regular commercial ads too.
2. If it's not for you be sure to delete before trying new apps.While it does a decent job of protecting my phone, it has the extremely annoying habit of kicking me out of games I'm playing just to give me notifications that I don't need.
3. You're not supposed to get notifications from apps that have been closed, but they keep on coming.For some reason I started getting pop-up ads for dfndr.
4. It checks apps for viruses when I download and found one! It keeps the phone cooled down when I'm high usage and it cleans out all the empty files from install/uninstalling.
5. Loud sound! Looks like I'll be on the search again!At first the app ran great and had no problems with it, then all of the sudden my phone started glitching and this app also pops up literally every few minutes or so.
6. Excellent job! Would you believe this? Within 30 minutes after giving a positive review, I start receiving pop-up ads galore with sound.
7. While I haven't to my knowledge acquired any viruses or malware on my phone the app seems equivalent to me having them on my phone.
8. Now I can't even get it to uninstall!I installed this app and on the very first scan, it picked up a virus on my phone and removed it.
9. you can fix by going into settings and type in apps and look from a blank wite icon, delete it.This app drives me absolutely insane.
10. I will probably be removing this app from my phones and tablets and going with less intrusive and less interfering apps instead.Way too many "warning" alerts about storage, battery overheating, ect.
11. It seems that you have to close the same apps within a minute five or six times, first with battery saver then with internet booster then with something else.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix dfndr security Issues

Please cancel my trial and any other following subscriptions. The program is not for me. There were Statements made to my Google Account that your SW detected malware, viruses etc on my phone, with threats of locking my phone if I did not subscribe to your program and that Google authorized you to contact me and stated Google was advising me to sign up with your company as it had been authorized by Google since the app is available on Play Store. You folks are engaged in fraudulent advertising using scare tactics. I know you have your excuses that you are all about your customers privacy... I don't appreciate your taking over my phone with your icons, format, and communications SW style. Your promotions and products are ewuivalent to SPAM. Please delete my name and email from your dashboard and cancel any current trials and any future pending subscriptions. I am not interested in your services, nor your subscriptions, nor your offers. I just recently was released from the hospital from fighting COVID-19 only to find a charge of $33.35 on my account from y'all. I was unable to unsubscribe due to that specific reason. Also, I s told that I would not be charged anyways until my subscription ended. Please I am on a fixed income, and especially right now I need every dime that I have. could you please refund me my money. It would be greatly appreciated.

I was charged $32.00 without my authorization. I Downloaded the dfndr Security App It was suggested by Google .I agreed to a free three day trial. After the third day you would be billed the full subscription amount of $28.99 if you do not cancel by the third day. I was billed $32.99 before my trial ended. This is not good business practice. When I was recommended by Google via my Motorola g phone to download the app because it detected a virus or being hacked.
