1. Easy to use, but does what you want.The app consistently malfunctions and will end up only displaying a portion of the photo in the bottom right of the screen, as if it split the screen in 4 and still displayed the photo full size.

2. Like I said, non-functional.Another App that doesn't work like it says or does what it's supposed too! SMH 🙄 Anytime I try to delete or move a photo it just doesn't stay that way! Also you can't rotate a picture.

3. Illegal App?? App was working great for a month! Now when I open an image, it's top left quarter is displayed at the bottom right screen, like it's all zoomed in incorrectly.

4. Anytime I did manage to get a picture too finally rotate it show up like that when I try sharing the photo! It's just really annoying!! 😫 I guess it's time to uninstall this App!This app was pretty solid for about 1 month.

5. What did you guys do to this app?Buggy! From time to time I'll select a pic to expand Ana it'll show up cropped, forced to the bottom of the screen and LOOKING half off the screen.

6. Then out of nowhere shifted pictures when opened to view in full screen to the lower right side of the screen.

7. Specifically, one glitch was it would never let me select the main folder on my SD card for permission to delete photos I asked it to, continually saying, 'wrong folder.' And with your latest update, it now reads zero photos, zero albums, zero videos.

8. That click opens Google Play to an app called Simple Tools.Pictures not showing full screen.

9. Don't want to have to delete this app, because I liked it because of certain features, but not being able to view a full picture suddenly, is not cool.

10. When you try to grab & move it back in screen you see that the part that looked off screen just isn't there (cropped/chopped off).

11. Any picture you choose from any folder displays only the top left corner of the picture in the lower right corner of your device.

1. Fix Gallery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gallery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gallery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gallery" » Open Gallery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gallery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gallery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gallery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gallery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gallery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gallery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gallery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gallery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gallery not working

2. Fix Gallery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gallery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gallery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gallery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
