1. Not a big deal for me, but it is a bug. This is a great app! If you ever wondered why your home WiFi connection acts so intermittently, using this app might be the key to fixing it! I love the multi-color plots showing the strength levels of the competing neighboring systems & the channels in use that surround you.
2. Of the apps that I tried, this is the only app that correctly displays channel numbers in the 5 GHz band! See the table on "List of WLAN channels" at Wikipedia to better understand the bandwidths and overlap that make the issue so complex.
3. No idea what that means, because neighbors are on some of those channels.Easy to use of you're moderately comfortable with router and wifi settings.
4. Changing channels is much easier after using the app to check "traffic jams" on certain router channels.
5. It still displays networks on those channels, but it displays them over the ch36-40 range instead and clutters the graph.
6. It clearly recognizes the networks, it shouldn't be much more than a GUI change to fix it, and would significantly improve the app for those with supported devices.Mostly good tool for wifi.
7. Going to buy the pro version to support you.Really handy when setting up prepaid wifi routers during my travels.
8. I used it to find the optimum channel on my router to avoid congestion from my neighbors.
9. Only real complaint is they've taken the time to add 6E/6GHz support, but never updated for UNII-4 / 5.9GHz channels.
10. The app does all the work for you with a chart showing the best channel at a glance.
11. Great that it shows the best channel for the network my device is currently using.
