Thank youToday update was there, now today "service provider not responding, try later" not login by mobile...., now i uninstall the application and login again....its works and completely new widget...easy to use....thanks....DHA...IF you are facing problem just do like this...After recent update last night, we are not able to select location and punch in successfully in android, please check and fix this problem.Amazing application, but recently something going wrong, the app showing an error message said that the service provider currently not respond.

Having issues detecting the location, it takes time to punch in and out due to this issue ( android user)It is hangging and if you need to go back to the desktop computer it doesn't ward very bad rules for the password which you have to change it every now and then and the app or system does not accept the new password and does not send OTPs it is good app but has a lot of problemsNot able to open the app , when i try to open the app it's just blinking and closing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Smart Employee Issues

1. Fix Smart Employee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Smart Employee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Smart Employee App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Employee" » Open Smart Employee » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Employee » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Smart Employee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Employee servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Employee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Smart Employee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Employee might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Employee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Employee then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Employee not working


2. Fix Smart Employee Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Employee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Employee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Employee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
