It's disappointing because I used to love this app, not anymore.This app was the best to any type of file and app sharing with my friends but over time it only got worse, now when I came back to it after a while thinking it was better, I find out it's not, it's more of a process to be able to transfer files and the app bairlay works on some phone with it's main feature of sending files just straight up not working and even if u manage to connect the apk files sent just don't work, now there just taking space and good luck with multipl apk files.Useful app with potential but I had to uninstall it.

1. Fix Xender Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Xender: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Xender App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Xender" » Open Xender - Share Music Transfer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Xender » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Xender - Share Music Transfer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Xender servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Xender - Share Music Transfer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Xender app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Xender might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Xender. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Xender then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Xender not working

2. Fix Xender Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Xender be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Xender not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Xender may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
