1. But there is a small white box in the corner of the short cut that I can't get rid of! There were instructions on how to get rid of it, but I'm not sure if it's because I have a Samsung that it didn't/ dosnt work... this is the ONLY down side other then that is 5 out of 5 🤷 ♀️This app have some flaw need to fix.

2. i had to reset my phone and then once it started every shortcut i had said links, looking at the other reviews im not the only one so its an app issue overall.

1. Fix Shortcut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shortcut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shortcut App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shortcut" » Open Shortcut » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shortcut » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shortcut app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shortcut servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shortcut" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shortcut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shortcut might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shortcut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shortcut then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shortcut not working

2. Fix Shortcut Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shortcut be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shortcut not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shortcut may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
