1. Making things worse, I don't to know how to switch it back!I use to love this app and always thought it was helpful but 2 weeks ago I bought a brand new phone and downloaded this app and it screwed my phone.. ads kept popping up at random times, it would freeze and I would have to shut my phone off just to get it to work again, it slowed it down, it was messing with text messages as in it would glitch and type out words I didn't type and add spaces everywhere so I think it's safe to say it not only didn't clean my phone but it gave it at least one virus.It's not working.

But ever since the last update or so, every time I went to use my phone, adds would pop up, I'd click the X, the phone would freeze, my phone would get slowed down, not by junk but by adds at the top of the window bar that prevented me from checking the notifications, or pop ups on the screen right when I'd turn my phone on, I started not even liking the popups from when I downloaded something new.

3. I actually couldn't even USE it because every time I went to use the cleaning it would freeze the phone with more adds.

1. Fix Safe Security Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Safe Security: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Safe Security App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Safe Security" » Open Safe Security - Antivirus, Bo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Safe Security » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Safe Security - Antivirus, Bo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Safe Security servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Safe Security - Antivirus, Bo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Safe Security app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Safe Security might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Safe Security. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Safe Security then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Safe Security not working

2. Fix Safe Security Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Safe Security be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Safe Security not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Safe Security may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
