1. Being able to review balance history, make mobile deposits, and manage all of my accounts in one place is why I love Sound Credit Union and their mobile app.I really hate the deposit function on the phone.

2. This app allows me to keep track of what I'm spending, easy to make transfer's, and deposit checks.. If you don't have this app or bank with sound credit union, stop what you're doing and go get an account and get this app.

3. I would rather use this mobile version over the desktop as it is reliable and makes online banking a snap.I LOVE the Money Management options within the app! They make it simple to track all of my accounts in one place; I check it regularly.

4. Even after a month it takes away the finger print so you need to remember your password (you can enable your fingerprint again in the settings).Excellent app! I live in Alaska, so there are absolutely no sound credit union banks.

5. :) I love that there are charts for all sorts of users!The app used to be mediocre in comparison to other banking apps but credit to Sound CU.

6. Obviously it works and that's the main point but the greyed out part and the light box and the rectangle outline don't line up! They also include watermarks maybe for orientation but again with all the other elements not lining up it makes it impossible.

1. Fix Sound Credit Union Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sound Credit Union: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sound Credit Union App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sound Credit Union" » Open Sound Credit Union Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sound Credit Union » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sound Credit Union Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sound Credit Union servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sound Credit Union Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sound Credit Union app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sound Credit Union might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sound Credit Union. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sound Credit Union then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sound Credit Union not working

2. Fix Sound Credit Union Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sound Credit Union be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sound Credit Union not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sound Credit Union may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
