1. PLEASE FIX IT.It took 2 years for it to work but it does work fine now, loading times are pretty bad though.After getting a response from the developers, explaining the issue (the servers were overwhelmed it sounds like) I've tried the app again and it seems to be working.

2. I have even attempted to uninstall and reinstall only to be stopped with the same "update" cycle as mentioned above.Useless piece of trash (just like AutoCorrect which overwrites your text with nonsense).

3. if you need to use your mobile device to log into Peak, I suggest you save the aggravation and log into the website using your mobile internet.I love the interface.

4. Information about my account is inaccurate, it's completely non-functional for communicating with anyone when you need help, uploading documents, or making requests through the app.

5. The login process gives me an error every single time I log in so I have to do the same steps 3 or 4 times to even access my information.

6. Currently, I am unable to get past the inital screen telling me an update is available, though I am unable to perform an update once in the app store.

7. I'm a computer savvy person and find this app clunky and not very useful other than having your card handy on your phone.

8. Ive had to call to make every change or update to my account and cases.

9. After trying their website with no success it's clear that the PEAK system just wasn't playing nice.

10. I am also unable to continue using the app without clicking the update link.

11. What's the point of the app if I still have to call?Previously left a review stating I couldn't log into my account.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Health First Colorado Issues
