1. I called tech because I got an error when searchung for providers, and the support person (who was very kind and did try to help) suggested that I use the website on my phone browser instead because the app "unfortunately has low ratings."It would be super great and awesome if every time I need to use this app (at least monthly), it didn't need to be updated.
2. From terrible search results, having to re-login in everytime I clicked a new page, to NOT BEING ABLE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR URGENT CARE when selecting the "I need help now" option.
3. I now get to a login screen, but it doesn't accept my login info.This app used to work now whenever I hit the back button IN THE APP not the one on my phone it logs me out.
4. only seems useful for reviewing covered benefits and checking past claims.I updated a couple days ago and now all I get is a white screen with the carefirst logo and then it crashes after about 5 minutes on that screen.
5. Clearly the update caused more problems than it fixed.It took me 10 minutes to sign in for the first time because the app does not allow you to type in date of birth.
6. It is completely ridiculous how many codes I had to verify to even get into the app.With my previous insurance's app, it was easy to see estimated pricing, health providers in my network, ratings and information for providers, etc.
7. And then when I updated it, I need to re-enter all of my login info.
8. not fun if you're middle age! when I finally got in to search for a doctor, it said in red letters "Location Service is unavailable at this time." it also does not save my location preferences, zip code and radius.
9. What's the point of having a feature to save my login info?! It would also be nice if the widget had all 4 options available when I'm not logged into the app.
10. The latest, not being able to pass the email and phone number verification.
11. It crashes before even getting to login screen.
