And one more unexpected surprise when I joined this bank not only was the person very sweet, polite, respectful and understanding but when it was all done and I was leaving she handed me a bag full of goodies!Very convenient and I love the finger print scanner, I dont have to worry about putting in a password in front of anyone.

2. I cannot make depositis without bank approval which i have requested several different times and get no response.Because I have moved but didn't want to start banking with a new bank and move all my billing, I have found this app to be perfect.

I would also like to be able rename the accounts as I see them since I have my son's accounts on my app as well as my own.For the past five days i have not been able to register my acount because because when i hit enroll it keeps telling me the website is have technical issues... 3 different devices.

4. I also still bank with a trusted institution.I haven't had this bank account and app for long but moving from SDCCU bank in San Diego California I had high standards as I was a member for 25+years.

5. i cant check my balance and there is no way to call a number because they always give me a busy tone, so basically i have to leave and go check my balance at atm.this app is one excellent example of progrmmind at its worst.

6. When I call the customer help line, it tells me someone will assist me momentarily, leaves me on a busy signal for like 30 seconds and hangs up on me.

7. Due to this app and bank I'm Very satisfied with this transition from an amazing credit union to a traditional Bank.

8. I recently upgraded to the new Galaxy S22 Ultra and have installed and reinstalled the app 4 times now, and still can't even get the app to load to the sign in screen.Usually good.

9. Update: Still the sameCan anyone tell me why it doesn't have an option to create and account? All it gives you is the option log in.

10. My issues are with the available balance vs current balance.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BankCCB Issues

1. Fix BankCCB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BankCCB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BankCCB App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BankCCB" » Open BankCCB Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BankCCB » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BankCCB Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BankCCB servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BankCCB Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BankCCB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BankCCB might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BankCCB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BankCCB then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BankCCB not working


2. Fix BankCCB Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BankCCB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BankCCB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BankCCB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
