1. Can someone in the dev team fix this pile of steaming whatever? Do you understand that people MUST use this app for their corporate credit card to work?The app is slow and crashes all the time.

2. Our company is looking into other alternatives, about time !!Finally working again 24/05/2023 It's taken months, but I can finally login again using my pixel 7 Pro.

1. Fix BofA Global Card Access Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BofA Global Card Access: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BofA Global Card Access App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BofA Global Card Access" » Open BofA Global Card Access » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BofA Global Card Access » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BofA Global Card Access app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BofA Global Card Access servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BofA Global Card Access" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BofA Global Card Access app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BofA Global Card Access might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BofA Global Card Access. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BofA Global Card Access then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BofA Global Card Access not working
