1. Contacting Azimo for customer services is one area that also needs improving on, a customer would prefer talking to a customer service advisor and have an issue resolved rather than sending an email and waiting 24hrs to get a feedback. If you are planning to send money once in a while.
2. I highly recommend it.Fit for purpose, but there are still a lot of room for improvement, I think you need a feature/option for instant transfer or next day, this allows a user to cancel a transaction when the need arise (like making a transfer into a wrong recipient account).
3. My transfer to Australia got cancelled repeatedly without a clear rationale (they did not state what part of the address was missing) and it took a few hours to rectify bearing in mind the payment was urgent.
4. Then I messaged them and they said they had sent me an email asking for more information which I never received! Now they took the money out of my account and transaction still shows as cancelled.
5. My friend also had issues, their transfer kept coming up as pending before being cancelled and their account also closed.
6. Also, I don't need to upload docs oftenGreat way to send money, I have give them 4 stars as they need to expand to more countries like the Cayman Islands.
7. If you have a payslip or similar in pdf and you're using your phone you won't be able to upload the docs and fulfil the requirements for the transfer.
8. I scheduled a transfer when the conversion rate was good, but after a long delay they tell me that the original rate expired, which is not my fault at all.
9. I asked for a refund to enable me use another service and apparently it takes 2-5 days to get your money back! Not enough space to express how I feel! DO NOT USE!Great.
10. The transfer was successful, but the day after I went into the app and there was a message saying my account was closed.
11. Total disappointment.Tried to send money and they cancelled the transaction after a few days.
