Expanding an entry in an account history takes multiple seconds, when it used to be nearly instantaneousIt was good as it was before, but since the update, even after enabling all the settings from before the 2 factor authentication each time to login with the same device is absolutely annoying and inconvenientEver since the merge and app update, the fingerprint log in function doesn't work.

2. The problem is that it does this automatically and you have no control of whether the camera is in focus or properly positioned first, so you have to retake the picture over and over to ensure it is clear.This app is very frustrating.

1. Fix Global CU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Global CU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Global CU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Global CU" » Open Global CU for Business » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Global CU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Global CU for Business app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Global CU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Global CU for Business" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Global CU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Global CU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Global CU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Global CU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Global CU not working

2. Fix Global CU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Global CU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Global CU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Global CU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
