1. This app works very very well and there is no other app like it.Invaluable tool to manage all messaging apps in one location, not as feature rich as it was on a blackberry phone, but the app has made the transition away from blackberry phones more bearable.BLACKBERRY Hub services is brilliant.
2. Update your account setting and try again." You're the only email that seems to have issues with my Exchange Server so I guess I'll just be doing a chargeback and going with an email client that can handle something as simple as an Exchange server that is the industry standard.
3. The April 19th update has a bug for non-email messages like texts, Facebook, LinkedIn notifications in the email app.
4. I just use my Gmail/Outlook apps separately, and then the Hub for grouping all my social media messages together (SMS, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, etc.) The Hub syncing time is just way too slow and doesnt catch up.
5. November 13th it stopped rendering everything except BBM messages then the emails came back so I checked all the settings to make sure text messages should render.
6. Yes it was giving me issues before but sometimes you just have to let go of the nostalgia of a BlackBerry and update your phone.
7. Why lag behind? Now I have all my work + personal emails in one place using Gmail app."Your account can't be authenticated.
8. My favorite thing on my Key2LE was the old Hub which showed me emails, texts, and call log all in one place.
9. When the "Delete message confirmation" feature is on the non-email messages can't be deleted, they can be with the feature off.
10. I am tired of phones that need to be updated everyday and then change everything on you after the update.
11. I've never been on a phone that wasn't a BlackBerry.
I am working at a distance with someone whose is not adept on her Android phone, and is in Assisted Living. For years, she has been paying a $.99 charge plus tax= $1.07 on her American Express card. It shows Order Number Order: GPA.3306-3221-6985-44237..0. She had a Blackberry years ago, but no longer. Although I tried to have her download the BlackBerry Hub+ Monthly Subscription (BlackBerry Hub+ Services, she is not familiar with apps. Nor does she remember a password or which of 2 emails she may have been using at the time. I can provide the 2 email possibilities but I don't want to do so without a response from you that says you can help. Please, can you? And will you please? This is not a complaint but rather, a kind of pleading request for help.
