What users are saying

1. It's interesting.Crashes, doesn't sync, is not the most user friendly application to keep track of work schedules and events.

2. A scroll wheel date & time system! Why isn't the end date automatically adjusted to be equal to the start date? No check system in place so you can schedule mPlans at the same time.

3. The schedule has at least been updated so that it doesn't bring up every event since I began using it, but the listed schedule is not productive to use, while the calendar schedule is much more user friendly.

4. The schedule function is obtuse and the PC interface doesn't work at all like it's supposed to.

5. If that doesn't work their response is to uninstall & reinstall! A good portion of my work day is spent waiting on the app to catch up.

6. Timer is inaccurate and shorts each mPlan by approximately 2 minutes, or doesn't refresh at all and shows a completely incorrect plan time.

7. Schedule always shows multiple "empty" duplicates of the same mPlans, filling every single day with clones.

8. I knew a lady who had no issues with one of the apps, and she had Verizon service along with a high end smartphone when I had issues all the time on Straight Talk service with my budget Android and still issues with Wifi.

9. Merely shutting GPS off and backing out doesn't work.

10. Oops that doesn't work anymore.

11. If you want freeze, crash, reboot, missing mplans, cannot view attachments listed in project overview, this is your app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix 1Hub Issues

1. Fix 1Hub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart 1Hub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the 1Hub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "1Hub" » Open 1Hub Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 1Hub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear 1Hub Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 1Hub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "1Hub Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check 1Hub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 1Hub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall 1Hub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 1Hub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 1Hub not working


2. Fix 1Hub Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 1Hub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 1Hub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 1Hub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
