BlackBerry Hub+ Contacts Customer Insights

1. Even worse, the email listed for blackberry support on this app page does NOT work!! Google should bar them from the app storeI called my office main line last night (using the dialpad), and the call got attached to the contact for my boss, who has a "work" entry for that number with an extension.

2. (Actually I was able to download Google's contacts app via the link at the bottom of my tags list in the gmail app, and it has full call details)Not a great app for contact management.

3. I bought a BlackBerry KEY2 in part for the software security, but it's looking like I'll need to download some sketchy "call details" type app to view the call details including time.

4. There are some things that need to be fixed in Contacts, first The Add (+) button should be placed at the bottom-right of the screen, not bottom-center of the screen, it covers the list of names.

5. I don't want to "hang out" here, I need quick access to all contacts irrespective where they are stored so the first task would be to fully sync all data.

6. Thanks.app does not sync new contacts created on the phone into outlook even when created in the correct way (saved in Hub+).

7. When I changed my boss' entry to remove the extension, the calls appear in the call history, but it only says "yesterday" (even though it was less than 12 hours ago).

8. The problem is that I am not able to share partial contact information (for example, if I only want to share the name and phone, but not the address).

9. The search is unbelievably unhelpful - even when I enter first and last name in their entirety, the correct contact is 15th on the returned list.

10. I hope the new team working on next iteration does better job.Not sure why, but contacts that i have had for years no longer autofill when I try to forward an email to them or send an email.

11. But because I didn't dial my boss' extension, it doesn't show up in the call history for that contact.
