BlackBerry Hub+ Inbox Customer Insights

1. The only other option is to have a junky inbox, defeating the purpose of this all-in-one app.I LOVE this all in one app where I can see all of my social media notifications, emails, texts, etc.

2. I cannot clear notifications regarding social media, texts, etc...only emails can be deleted (to keep things clean and organized).

3. **Tried to contact the developer but email doesn't work and the website won't accept my request because the required transaction ID (monthly subscriber) is always truncated.

4. It's great when an app makes things so much simpler!Since last update the folder list stopped showing the sent messages folder, even in the All Folders list.

5. Started doing this about 2 months ago, or more. The Blackberry Hub+ Inbox is a great time-saver! One touch on the home page takes me directly to all communications in one place.

6. I have 3 email accounts, plus Facebook, Messenger, Phone, Text,Twitter, and Pinterest, all in the same place.

7. I'd like notifications for one email, but it's all or nothing. Please fix the bug in this app that occurs whenever you try to reply to an email.

8. It's literally turned from a "hub" to an "inbox." That means you have to open other apps to have a conversation, which makes using this app redundant.

9. Plus, there's no reason the app should need phone, location, calendar, and contact info to work.

10. My only issue at the moment is with the last android April update, I can only delete emails from within the hub.

11. I can only delete the email on both the server and the phone.
