On the outside binance looks like it works just fine, but on the inside, binance is rotting.The app is very well designed, I use the pro version, the only thing that I would change is when you are about to buy/sell any crypto, it would be easier to set the las price instead of writing the price manually, and it would be more comfortable that when using the charts, it would let you configure more functions such as more indicators to choose, but I also understand that, watching a chart is not the main purpose of the app.

2. It's clear that it's made with the purpose of getting your money in and making it as hard as possible to get them out when you want... Classic crypto shady stuffToo many bugs: 1.) Depositing money into your binance account is very frustrating and it takes too long.

3. (Old comment: I like app ux and functionality, but terrible trading experience due continious bugs "request time out" or "something went wrong" almost on every UI interaction (charts, order setup etc).

4. I use many different exchanges and this is by far the best one out there, small fees, fast withdrawal and deposit, good customer service... If I could I would give 10 stars easily.Withdrawel address format is wrong.

1. Fix Binance Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Binance: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Binance App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Binance" » Open Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Binance » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Binance servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Binance app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Binance might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Binance. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Binance then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Binance not working

2. Fix Binance Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Binance be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Binance not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Binance may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
