1. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!Fast and reliable .....but let them look into loggings and verifications a bit to be more easy for people must times daily logging out and in ,it annoys and not that easy for everyone one some people make use of slow devucea and and some have issues based on network and internet and also might be presured by thier customers or clienf too,so let them look into that a bit for people to enjoy it the more .....i expect to get good comments from people that this aspect has been updated or corrected.Apparently they deleted my review on the main app and I can't post there, so I'm gonna post it here.

2. If you try to set it dey will block your account and your money gone.Even if you don't use this app they take your data and give it to 900 other companies! Then when they call you and you tell them to delete you from their records they say it's impossible! I emailed there support with a GDPR notice and got an auto reply saying support doesn't have an email! They have been reported to the ICO.

3. Binance, why do you refuse my credit card twice and ban me from funding my account with my own credit card, if all the info was correct? And I can't do a appeal to unban it because it requires screen shots with transactions on binance with my card, but I never used it on Binance.

1. Fix Binance JEX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Binance JEX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Binance JEX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Binance JEX" » Open Binance JEX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Binance JEX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Binance JEX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Binance JEX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Binance JEX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Binance JEX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Binance JEX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Binance JEX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Binance JEX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Binance JEX not working

2. Fix Binance JEX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Binance JEX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Binance JEX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Binance JEX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
