1. I don't agree with this change and cannot give predatory fees a positive review.Love the account snapshot function! The app has been vastly improved over time, and definitely functions a lot more smoothly than it has in the past.

2. I've found that transferring money from a checking or savings account to the credit card account works best!Update: 8/8/20 I've been having more glitches with the app.

3. The only function I've never been able to get to work is the 'payment' link for my Bellco CC account.

4. I haven't run into any problems with it yet, save for the fact that the button/link that I *assume* is supposed to allow me to pay my credit card bills via the app has never worked; it always open to a blank screen and stays that way until I back out.

1. Fix Bellco Banking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bellco Banking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bellco Banking App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bellco Banking" » Open Bellco Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bellco Banking » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bellco Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bellco Banking servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bellco Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bellco Banking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bellco Banking might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bellco Banking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bellco Banking then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bellco Banking not working

2. Fix Bellco Banking Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bellco Banking be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bellco Banking not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bellco Banking may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
