Change your debit info and make them take you to collections... it's cheaper that way, and you can make up for the ding in your credit report a lot faster than it will take you to recover from paying them back SEVERAL fold for their too-easy loan.Horrible!!! The loan is only 600$ but I end up paying 2,250$ to pay it off, they never said anything about paying over 4 times the amount you want to loan.

2. The loan agreement you're provided with at the beginning (and visible on my profile) doesn't disclose this rate, and gives you an arbitrary number before that seems reasonable (I orginanlly first told $421 for pay off).

4. If your loan is paid and they keep taking money, just put a stop payment on anything from the company with your bank and report it as fraud.

5. Think wisely before using this company.As far as the app goes it works for what it is meant for, monitoring your loan information.

7. My loan for $300 is "expected" to have a pay back total of $1.1K (over 2 years of weekly payments).

8. After waiting for an email that was supposed to contain loan documents to sign the email never came.

9. That said this company is only handy if you can pay off your loan within one or two months.

10. Customer service is not much better, within five minutes of giving customer service rep the numbers from a brand new debit card it was on a crazy spending spree.

1. Fix AWL Access Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AWL Access: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AWL Access App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AWL Access" » Open AWL Access » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AWL Access » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AWL Access app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AWL Access servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AWL Access" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AWL Access app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AWL Access might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AWL Access. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AWL Access then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AWL Access not working

2. Fix AWL Access Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AWL Access be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AWL Access not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AWL Access may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
