If these isssues are not revised i will end my patronage with you.I like the app, the data bundles prices are very affordable but the charges is too much.One of the best data selling apps I have seen in a long time.. their customer service is top notch 👊I was really enjoying this app until I sent money to my wallet but I didn't see the money in my wallet please I hope you can help me fixed itThe app is awesome and great, but do it in a way that we can see the number of customers we sell data/airtime to in transaction history, so that we can verify the number incase there's a mistake or its network issue when they didn't receive their orders on time,, and 2.

I was enjoying the app as at early last year but afterwards you guys have been making it unbearable for me, everytime i credit your account i have to be chatting and sending screenshots of the transactions and series of chats for my wallet to be credited, unfortunately it will take 2-3 days before i will see the fund.

3. The only suggestion I like to give is that they should include glo data plan of two weeks too.Now a days this app does have network issues with data purchase without notification which makes the user looks like he doesn't know what he's doing especially at point of sale.

4. design the app in a way that we can pick numbers from phone book.The recent update of this app makes it very slow in loading must especially if you want to fund your wallet through card which was faster than other means of toping the wallet.

5. We want to see the phone number who you have send the data and airtime in the description menu so that wen you reverse the money we will know who did not receive his/her data/airtime.

6. The only time I made a transaction and there was issue, my money was refunded into my wallet and more so their MTN data is very cheap.

7. And again my first acct was blocked due to i misplaced my password & tried to change password but, token nuumber wasn't sent to my email, with huge amount in that acct.

8. Pls there should be other ways of resolving this issue.I really love this app it's working normal and it's trusted.

9. Pls try to organise properly with prior information,right now, no data purchase for glo.

10. I can't even access the app again, everytime i want to log on i usually google the link and log on what a mess.

11. I haven't had issues that touches the heart.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DataUp Issues

1. Fix DataUp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DataUp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DataUp App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DataUp" » Open DataUp: Data and Bills Payment » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DataUp » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DataUp: Data and Bills Payment app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DataUp servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DataUp: Data and Bills Payment" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DataUp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DataUp might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DataUp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DataUp then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DataUp not working


2. Fix DataUp Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DataUp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DataUp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DataUp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • My name is Mr akintobi Akinbowale for fundd my data up wallet through account transfer from two account which are Kuda account and opay account. the money does not reflect on data up wallet account. My kuda is 2016604283.while my dataup wallet acount is sterling bank.
