Tiny Fax Customer Insights
1. This app sucks! I scanned 60 documents to the fax and after I spent an hour doing this, it tells me that I cannot send a file more than 20MB! It never told me what size the file actually was and it didn't mention this at the start! So I saved the file to a draft and tried to split it into folders.
2. It's for sure a great app that is 💯 well worth it, seeing there isn't any monthly auto charges, which is amazing, seeing you only pay for the exact credits, but I love it seeing I use it more than some, however you can buy the credits in a bundle therefore, it's most importantly will save you money.This app performed as program for and I was quite happy to have been able to use it.
3. This app saves time, costs little to send the faxes, and works very well! A+++++It works fairly well, albeit slow.
4. Love it, and I use the free version with exception to paying for faxes... which give you a confirmation page once sent, and option for cover page and urgency.
5. I realized the length of time it takes to send a fax depends on your cell service signal.
6. The whole process is easy, just takes several minutes to send, sometimes 5 minutes.Getting really tired of not being able to send my stuff through.

9. I'm not criticizing this app, it worked perfect, it only collided with my right side hearing aid for a short period of time, probably due to an internal scheduler or similar.
10. When I did this, it just erased the original file and there was nothing in the folders! Over an hour of work just wasted! It told me to rescan the documents into smaller folders, again.
11. I've saved so much of my time sending in all kinds of documents in compared to the time it would take to go somewhere to do it or have to actually buy a printer with fax 😳 machine.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Tiny Fax Issues
1. Fix Tiny Fax Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Tiny Fax: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Tiny Fax App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tiny Fax" » Open Tiny Fax - Send Fax from Phone » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tiny Fax » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Tiny Fax - Send Fax from Phone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tiny Fax servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tiny Fax - Send Fax from Phone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Tiny Fax app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tiny Fax might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Tiny Fax. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tiny Fax then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tiny Fax not working
2. Fix Tiny Fax Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tiny Fax be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tiny Fax not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tiny Fax may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hey,
I had 1248 available credit to fax. But, all of my credits disappeared and was showing negative 678 after resetting my phone. Therefore, I am not able to send any fax. So, I purchased $4.99 worth of credits, but my account is still showing negative 578 credit points and I still can not sent any fax. Please help me
