1. I was trying to find an obgyn, but the list would only show other types of medical professions (even after the filters were cleared and the search was restarted.) There's too much unimportant information on a single screen making the search results difficult to see.
2. It feels like it was made to be purposefully frustrating and clunky so people won't access their own health care information. While I understand it's hard to complain about a system that gives you something for your work, it's very frustrating to deal with all the bugs.
3. It also keeps saying I need to pick my plan even though I'm signed in and already did that when I got the app!!! PLEASE fix the app! We're paying too much for the insurance for this app not to work correctly, quickly, and easily!!There are some benefits to this app as far as looking at a quick glance of claims, deductibles, etc... But it is not necessarily intuitive, however, this isn't a deal breaker for me to use it.
4. The app does manage to load results faster, but you can't see anything about the mapped results unless you click on them, then you have a chance for the a new page to load (or nothing happens at all) showing the provider details, then have to remember those and go back to the search results.
5. Linking services requires leaving the app then logging back in each time. The text chat is very buggy when trying to interact with a real person (works fine for the automated chat bot).
6. I understand that I'll probably get an automated response to email my issues, but looking at all the reviews should be enough evidence that there are some updates and quality assurance that need to be worked on.
7. Syndey says to connect in Google fit, but Google fit says to connect in syndey. The user interface is extremely poor considering how expensive the insurance is.
8. Looks like a lot of these problem have been going on a couple years by the reviews looks.Terrible. This app sucks.
9. My biggest complaint is the fact that I have requested multiple call backs and have been unable to get any follow-up calls without any history demonstrating my request.
10. The spending accounts page is difficult to understand and going to a previous page requires going all the way back to the home screen.
11. Any time I need to find something I have to dig through several layers of information.
