1. Also fingerprint stopped suddenly working.Biometric log in attempt will getting fail, again and again need to do multi factor authentication... If i select biometric login, it will get disappeare..Does not work.

2. Very inconvenient appWhy are we forced to verify through our work email? What's the point of having an app if I'm already on my work computer? No way to verify using your phone number.

3. Unfortunately two factor verification doesn't allow text to my phone, only allows pin code sent to work inbox.

4. They forced us to download PING verification and they don't even use that! App is useless because you have to log in every time, but have to be at your work computer to do it.

5. That's a problem too.Why my new phone cant login to this app and not able to send otp to my email? but my old phone does.

6. Interferes egregiously with day' s work access to building works items access to data center critical to my job functions.

7. It's a waste of space on anyone's phone.Only able to access one time.

8. Only some ignorant corporate lawyer would advise anyone to utilize this app.Also, the tech support is unavailable, super slow or cannot resolve to satisfaction.Tota fiasco .It has stopped functioning properly.

9. This is at least the third time this app has totally failed to work for me, and it could not happen at a worse time.

10. Also checked junk mail, but nothing.Does not work well at all.

11. How to unlink my old phone and link my new phone?Always has an issue loggin in.

  3. Clear Elevance Health Pulse app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Elevance Health Pulse servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Elevance Health Pulse" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Elevance Health Pulse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Elevance Health Pulse might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Elevance Health Pulse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Elevance Health Pulse then reinstall.
