NHS Active 10 Walking Tracker Customer Insights

1. This is the only activity level tracker I use so I can't send screen shots to prove it isn't working. It's okay, but loses marks for being inconsistent - my partner and I go on walks together and get wildly different results - and for stopping recording after 5 days if you don't open it - if it *must* stop recording, at least make it every 7 days, which at least would put it on a regular day for checking.Used to really like this app but since the update in mid April it has stopped storing my walks.

2. Obviously logged into Google account and permissions given or it wouldn't have worked in the first place!Pros: conplerely free, simple and easy to use, encouraging and not too hard to meet goals if starting to increase activity levels, great widget for tracking active 10s on home screen, no BMI, weight shaming or unsolicited dietary advice.

3. 🤷 ♀️ CheersUsed to be a really good app, but it's really gone downhill the last few months, no longer keeps my daily brisk minutes, makes it harder to know how I'm doing to keep to the 150 brisk mins a week.

4. Cons: can only track active minutes a few months back, limited cutomisability - but for a free app it's great.Good when it works however hasn't recorded any walking today at all and no idea why.

5. I go for a walk fast enough to make me puff and pant and it still only detects "11 minutes walking 0 minutes brisk" ... pretty sure I was walking at more than 3mph at least half of the time as well as I was definitely out of breath with an elevated heart rate.

6. Addendum: it eventually started picking up some brisk walking but then after two days all the walks vanished and it says I have done no walking this week.

7. APP says 4 minutes, one brisk.. ;(Used to be a great app, the last couple of weeks it has refused to record anything! I have deleted and reinstalled several times with no luck at all.

8. A couple of months ago there was an update and now my walking data for the previous few days takes so long to update that I don't bother to look at it.I use this app and gave always appreciated it until this week.

9. I've noticed the day after each brisk walk it is no longer recorded on the app so I am unable to keep a track on the app.

10. So it is suffering from severe memory loss and therefore not much use for tracking activity anymore. It used to work really well and i could easily see how active (or otherwise) I'd been.

11. I know to check 'My Walks' but it is now not showing any walks for any previous days or weeks, only the day itself.
