1. With the high price of the rewards it would be nice if we could earn a significant amount more without having to purchase the pro version.The app often doesn't recognize steps; I get a "No movement detected" notification.
2. (Close to 1000) Contacted the developer and they told me their team was aware of the issue and to "wait for an update"... this page says the last update was like 18 months ago... Im deleting this app.In the beginning everything worked just fine.
3. Don't recommend.Takes a bit of Time to amass enough credits to purchase a reward for all your outdoor steps.
4. It also doesn't track indoor steps but I believe that's always been the case and is by design.
5. It worked for around three months until it suddenly quit counting my steps.
6. Recently I made a point to try and notice any time it was closed to open in and make sure my steps were tracking.
7. I just switched to the Pixel 3a about a month ago and noticed that it's not tracking any of my outdoor steps.
8. I'll likely uninstall it if an update that fixes things doesn't roll out soon.I had the app installed for a couple of months hoping to eventually make a few extra dollars.
9. However, even on days that I show steps, I don't get any coins.
10. But then I noticed that the app would just close and for days I wouldn't be tracking steps.
11. I was using the app for awhile, then all of a sudden it stoped verifying steps.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LifeCoin Issues
1. Fix LifeCoin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart LifeCoin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the LifeCoin App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LifeCoin" » Open LifeCoin - Rewards for Walking & Step Counting » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LifeCoin » click "UPDATE".
- Clear LifeCoin - Rewards for Walking & Step Counting app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LifeCoin servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LifeCoin - Rewards for Walking & Step Counting" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check LifeCoin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LifeCoin might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall LifeCoin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LifeCoin then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LifeCoin not working
2. Fix LifeCoin Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LifeCoin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LifeCoin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LifeCoin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I cannot log into my account with my phone number it says send code (code never comes)… I’ve tried several different times over different days. My phone number has not changed… since I signed up.

All of the LifeCoin gift cards say Out of stock and only thing it will let you get is the iPhones or the body scale or a tablet and it takes a lot more to Get there
