If you take more than one reading per day the charts only show the last reading, should be able to averageI tryed using the app for over two weeks there are watch-app syncing problems, one of the main reasons of having a smart band is that you won't have to take out your phone every minute and you can take a look at the watch and see if it's important or not, but also once a day take a look at the charts of daily health.

4. Just got this watch and I will say its cute! But I can't get the camera option to work ... the stats of all the health options do not save to my app on my phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MActive Issues

1. Fix MActive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MActive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MActive App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MActive" » Open MActive » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MActive » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MActive app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MActive servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MActive" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MActive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MActive might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MActive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MActive then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MActive not working


2. Fix MActive Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MActive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MActive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MActive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
