1. The watch comes with 3 loaded pictures, the app comes with 13 faces, if I choose 1 from the app and load it onto my watch, later it reverts back to 1 of the 3 watch loaded pictures and I have to go on the app and load it again only for it to revert back again, so annoying.the BT connection keeps getting disconnected and you must keep reconnecting, the worst for me is the notification sound - please someone tell me how to turn it off - i have to keep it on do not disturb when am among people or the office cos the sound is quite annoying - and does it have to make noise even when counting steps!Watch keeps on losing its BT connectivity to phone.

2. App not locating the phone at all!! Have disconnected, reconnected have switched phone off and reset and nudda!Have been struggling for hours to connect my smart watch to my phone, it doesn't pair, despite Bluetooth being on.

3. One has to keep on opening the app on the phone to get the watch to connect again and they don't stay connected even when they are within a few feet of each other.Not well.

4. How the hack do you not have indoor cycling as one of the sports? In advertising they said the app connects to Strava, but it doesn't! Such a waste of my money and time!If you want a simple smart watch, this is the one for you.

5. But at least it's compatible with google fit.(Update) a few months ago my watch decided to stop connecting to the app and I don't know If it is the watch but now it won't connect automatically anymore and I now have to connect it manually.

6. The "Connect app" button on the watch is worthless as it doen NOT connect when you long press it.

1. Fix Volkano Active Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Volkano Active: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Volkano Active App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Volkano Active" » Open Volkano Active » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Volkano Active » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Volkano Active app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Volkano Active servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Volkano Active" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Volkano Active app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Volkano Active might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Volkano Active. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Volkano Active then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Volkano Active not working

2. Fix Volkano Active Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Volkano Active be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Volkano Active not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Volkano Active may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
