1. I had to stop using it and request my money back.Horrible app I should've read the reviews first! I signed up on FB then downloaded the app to be asked all the same info I had just entered and paid the trial fee, yet, app won't let me move on without paying again! Total RIP off and not even able to contact a live person to cancel, only a support email address, which, I promptly emailed for cancellation.
2. The cancellation process is just as weird as trying to login but that's how i got it done.Rip off! Just got big charge to my credit card of $86.99. Installed the app couple weeks ago, put in my info, it didn't record any data during my walk.
3. Downloaded the app and tried to sign in with the same credentials I used to start the free trial, but it didn't work.
4. Furthermore, subscription says $9.99/month. Why would I pay $86.99 for a walking app when I can get them for free, not to mention what's on my phone? I would like my money refunded asap.

just got billed for an app I din not use. I deleted the app and I know for sure it got billed because in order to enter the app you are forced to subscribe and because my Google account is linked to my card I still got charged! I am a student and would never agree to a R500 monthly subscription. I am need of a refund please.
You charged me $86.99 after so tried to cancel my trial subscription during the trial period. I do not want your app. I want a refund. If you do not refund me I still send the issue to my credit card to dispute the charge.
