1. Please let me know what to do?After the update application is not working even not open , and other things from last 2years I asking about my original slip still not received very bad experience.

2. If you get it to open somehow no way of existing it.Excellent app with smart features and max property info.App was working until December 22' now it says you need an update, but there is no update.

3. CCSI update clients financial data with good, security, responsibility and integrate step by step completly information available in good manner with expertise from IT staff.

4. Very poor customer experience.This app has stopped working, It asks for an update, but when I try to update it, it doesn't show any update.

5. But I have complaint with them, which one I am facing, Capital Staff respond with extremely delayed, they don't keep on priority basis, may takes a couple of weeks.Worst app I have ever seen.sent MSG's to their support team but they also seems to be untrained staff.

6. If you choose to update it doesn't gives an option for update.

7. I wonder what this dumb team will deliver in so called "smart city".App is not working.

8. When I opened the app it asks for update or close the app.

10. And on top that total untrained IT teamaap is not working.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Smart City Digital Issues

1. Fix Smart City Digital Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Smart City Digital: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Smart City Digital App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart City Digital" » Open Smart City Digital » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart City Digital » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Smart City Digital app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart City Digital servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart City Digital" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Smart City Digital app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart City Digital might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart City Digital. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart City Digital then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart City Digital not working
