1. Send some actual technicians who can change meter and not some fraud pravachan giving so called technicians.Overall Good experience using application, but the Electricity Smiles sections keep loading forever and I am unable to redeem it, kindly look into this....Very bad, not able to pay through it ... It shows the card doesn't have enough balance, asked at the payment centre...they say u need to update the app even that's not happeningApp has a glitch of not allowing to register a complaint, saying complaint already registered.

Also the raise issue function is not working.Payment doesn't get updated soon, Customer care support response is not prompt, App interface needs improvement, App unnecessarily asks so many permissions (suspicious), App freezes often.Keeps crashing on one plus Nord ce5g, only works few time after installing.
3. Dont see why I should not be able to access the app if I do not want to permit the app to access my phone data.I have complained with complaint number regarding double bill amount and need to check the meter.
4. My previous complaint was 3 months ago and it has been closed already, still it does not allow to register fresh complaint.Unable to redeem the electric smiles since more than a month.
5. Then so called good for nothing technicians told to complaint so the meter will be changed.
6. Some so called technicians came and without even checking the meter told bill is correct.
7. If I choose not to provide permissions the app should still allow me to access the app to know details of my electricity connection and allow me to pay for the same.
8. Silly... And from their reply on this review it looks like they don't understand English... Update - Last review was on 24 Dec 2020 & today is 27 Mar 2023, and today I Uninstalled, Re-installed, logged in and the app crashes.
9. I have complained because the unit was coming too High after JAN bill and this current bill is unexceptable .
10. Please fix this technical glitch.The app asks for all phone permissions.
11. Just to inform you, that my current version of app is updated but still there's no any improvement in app's functioning.
