Smart Invoice Customer Insights

1. Would be amazing if these 3 things could be added & improved!I really loved this app, easy to use and makes a beautiful Invoice HOWEVER this app does not provide you with any running totals (accounting aids) so adding up a financial years worth of invoices is a literal NIGHTMARE I've asked via feedback to get this feature but to no avail.

2. A list or report of invoices made for each month like a report for the entire year etc.I run a small Woodworking business and this app saved the day! Super easy to use, nice and simple.

3. It's worth the small monthly subscription fee more than most other apps I've used.Really? 3 invoice limit before requiring a subscription? Terrible model, which is a shame because this app seemed promising.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Smart Invoice Issues

1. Fix Smart Invoice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Smart Invoice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Smart Invoice App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Invoice" » Open Smart Invoice: Email Invoices » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Invoice » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Smart Invoice: Email Invoices app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Invoice servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Invoice: Email Invoices" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Smart Invoice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Invoice might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Invoice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Invoice then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Invoice not working


2. Fix Smart Invoice Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Invoice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Invoice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Invoice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
