1. did a great work scanning and recognize a various types of documents .. but for what ?! Why would i scan and recognize a document i'm already have in my hand !!? I think it'll be better if it had the ability to save the scanned documents .. as an id wallet or something .. i can't found any degital wallet with a powerful document scanner .. u may be the first .

2. If u well to 💪💪Well it scans my bank card, but it won't let me copy the numbers... What a useful functionality, if I wanted to manually enter the numbers I wouldn't look for such app in the first place.useless first my country isn't listed.

3. the id doesn't work.I need the app to transfer the data to excel format and email.

1. Fix Smart IDReader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart IDReader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart IDReader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart IDReader" » Open Smart IDReader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart IDReader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart IDReader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart IDReader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart IDReader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart IDReader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart IDReader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart IDReader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart IDReader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart IDReader not working
