1. I get that apps arent free to create and run, and I'll pay for apps that I like, but intentionally misleading people to download and give out information then asking for payment is really lowI bought the app back in June for full price of 29.99. I got a new phone and after i reinstalled the app to the new phone it wouldn't recognize my email and now I can't login or have a way to get my account back.

2. I might download it again in the future, but it's not worth the massive drain on my battery.On the one hand it got me running, on the other hand there is no personalized experience, the app does not communicate with other apps like garmin connect, has no pulse options, there is a fixed program with no feedback.

3. Don't even dare to try it.I'm trying the run to lose weight program, 1) doesn't schedule rest days - not helpful for a novice 2) if you can't finish a session its not clear what to do, redo that day's run until you can complete it or should just move onto the next day? Seems like it uses steps to work out distance, not GPS, so distances covered don't match with GPS tracker (shows less distance).

4. Honestly, I wish I wouldn't have bought the 1 year edition of this and read more of the reviews, could have saved so money....Didn't find a negative rating.

5. It was a large factor that lead to massive battery drainage (even on battery saver mode), and it made my phone run hot.

6. They should be honest upfront and put the cost on the play store ad rather than claiming to be a free download then charging for it.

7. I paid for an entire year and I stopped using it about 2 months of using it, but kept it on my phone.

8. I did go back to my old phone and got the same thing.Paid $30 for an app that you can basically do with keeping track on a Google spreadsheet.

9. This is my second day after purchasing a year subscription, and it kicked me out of the subscription and keeps asking me to subscribe again.

10. It does this computing thing like it is making a customized plan but the running plan is a joke.

11. I honestly thought it was like my running app before and would keep track while playing music, boy was I wrong.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Runiac running Issues

1. Fix Runiac running Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Runiac running: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

  • Good morning. I would like to have the runiac app canceled. This app is not working for me in the way that I understood that it would. It does not show me the prior comparative history nor does it work with any of the other apps that I have. I have not used the app since download other than to enter my demographics. If possible please reimburse me for the remainder of the months as well. Thank you.
