1. Thank you!! Few issues: I use Custom workout option & I find it disappointing that if I don't use the preset ones already offered by the app in their "Main Activity" such as the "Chest & Shoulders" or "Morning Routine", it doesn't count my overall progress, which should be changed immediately.
2. The workouts are now different and ridiculous, you have to set what workout equipment you have every single day, and then when you finish a workout it disappears, and now you can't even see the next day's workout without completing The current days work out first.
3. Also, I've noticed that there are some days I do workout using "custom," when finished, it doesn't always save my completed workout.Nice app could be better.
4. I used the planner tab and when I completed the daily workout it would not show complete and would not allow the next workout to begin because it didn't show the previous workout as completed.
5. The workout tracker is effectively useless, as you have to click through the modules, and can't simply check off that you've completed the exercise.
6. It doesn't do a good job tracking progress and I find the workouts themselves don't advance enough putting you in a stagnant position.
7. The app is useless if I lose all my information every time I get a new credit card.I have lost a good amount of weight with this app but I feel like part of it is because I thro my own wrench in it sometimes.
8. That being said the workout routine works good for me.
9. I contacted support via email and they stated I needed to start a new subscription and will lose all my historical workouts.
10. I loved the daily workouts however, I was sent a new credit card and couldn't find a way to update the app with my new credit card.
11. I work shift work and if you miss a day the workout disappears.
I would like to cancel my subscription with your company. Please do not bill me anymore and take me off our mailing list. Thank you.

I downloaded the app and paid for one year subscription on 10/16/22. It was downloaded on my Samsung Galaxy 21. However, I am purchasing my boyfriend's iPhone. He is upgrading his. I have tried logging into the app on his phone. It tells me either my email or password are wrong.
