1. I was nervous when there was no phone number but my email was responded to within 2 hours and my issue was solved immediatly!! The card is easy to use and while there isnt currently an instant transfer of funds Kevin assures me they are working on adding this feature and they solved the issue of funds needed immediatly by fronting the funds themselves! Highly recommendedTill expedited my funds transfer so the funds would be available for my daughter trip in time.

2. My stepson ended up losing his wallet, so I quickly added $300 more, but was taking too long, so I contacted till customer support and they immediately fronted the $300 for me! Now I can relax knowing my son and stepson are ok on their trip! It's so easy for my son (13 yo) and no messing with cash!I like this app because it's free, easy to use and looks great.

3. The customer service department was very helpful.My experience with Till: Debit Card for Kids has been excellent, I love it and highly recommend it.

4. The request button was absolutely useless the format would change and I could request money but then it would change again and I couldn't.Great but it takes 3 to 5 days for a deposit.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Till Issues

1. Fix Till Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart Till: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Till App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Till" » Open Till: Debit Card for Kids » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Till » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Till: Debit Card for Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Till servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Till: Debit Card for Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Till app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Till might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Till. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Till then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Till not working

2. Fix Till Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Till be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Till not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Till may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
