1. I was nervous when there was no phone number but my email was responded to within 2 hours and my issue was solved immediatly!! The card is easy to use and while there isnt currently an instant transfer of funds Kevin assures me they are working on adding this feature and they solved the issue of funds needed immediatly by fronting the funds themselves! Highly recommendedTill expedited my funds transfer so the funds would be available for my daughter trip in time.
2. My stepson ended up losing his wallet, so I quickly added $300 more, but was taking too long, so I contacted till customer support and they immediately fronted the $300 for me! Now I can relax knowing my son and stepson are ok on their trip! It's so easy for my son (13 yo) and no messing with cash!I like this app because it's free, easy to use and looks great.
3. The customer service department was very helpful. My experience with Till: Debit Card for Kids has been excellent, I love it and highly recommend it.
4. The request button was absolutely useless the format would change and I could request money but then it would change again and I couldn't.Great but it takes 3 to 5 days for a deposit.
5. Lastly, it would be nice to have be able to automatically deduct money if a task is not completed.Went on a dc trip, and this was my only way to purchase food.
6. My kid was across the country for 4 days for a school trip and needed money...i assumed its immediate like zelle, its not.
7. Apparently they don't care that you don't get notifications from the app.It takes about 4-5 business days for money to go through from my back account to the parent wallet.
8. In an emergency this till card would be useless.Fantastic customer service experience with Kevin from Till.
9. My problem is that when I reached out to support because I received zero notifications of deposits, tasks being completed, requests from my kid, etc.
10. However if this doesn't change next year I'll just get her a chase kid debit so i know the money will reach her in seconds.
11. Customer Service is fantastic!Password won't sync with Android and website, but works with iPhone.
