1. I will not recommend this apps to anyone.Ridiculous and like a scam! Got Moca activated, topped up, and then used the wallet to buy a Grab package successfully but when, right afterwards, u want to use Moca wallet to pay for the ride, Grab says ur wallet is disabled (so u cannot use any offer at all).

2. Not recommended.Haiz... The application requires cumbersome information authentication, waits for a long time to approve, but once approved, it does not allow recharge and then notices that the account is temporarily locked...?! Such useless apps should be removed from the app store.

3. Deleting this app and recommend everyone just pay Grab fares directly with credit card or with cash.

4. I have contact Grab and Moca several time but still have the same issue.

5. Clearly, the developers and support don't understand how credit card or bank card security works, otherwise, why would they be asking for full credit card numbers over email.

6. Won't accept ID (unless it's local Vietnamese?), I've tried about 3 times to try and get this working just so I don't have to pay cash but it's useless, brick wall every time.

7. Only using because Grab in Vietnam now forces users to go through Moca to make mobile payments to GrabPay.

8. I sent them two in which I redacted the card number and my personal info only for them to reply to my email hours later and ask for my card information.

1. Fix Moca Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Moca: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Moca App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moca" » Open Moca » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moca » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Moca app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moca servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moca" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Moca app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moca might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Moca. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moca then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moca not working

2. Fix Moca Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Moca be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Moca not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Moca may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
