They can't even be bothered to fix known bugs and just says they don't want us to have bad experiences.PREVIOUS: Constantly crashing, cards and account randomly deactivated, charges for card replacement when it said the replacement was free.... (truncated during edit) EDIT: Customer service contacted me and fixed it.
2. There are other card options with no monthly fees that are looking more attractive lately.Absolutely garbage I had alot in a savings thing, I couldn't open it any longer, but could open other savings goal.

I registered my complaint and the next thing I know I'm talking to some of their folks and damned if they didn't trace my problem, find the cause, and release an update to the play store that fixed my problem, all withing 48 hours! Very impressed with their ability to figure it out and correct it.
4. Have run into login issues a time or two but customer service was great in responding in a timely manner and getting me back on track.

6. Also, what's the point of having the option to add notes when you move money around if you can't see the notes in the transaction history? Some show (move $ in) /some don't (move $ out).At first I was very unhappy with the app on my android (Samsung S7) it loaded slow and ran slow.
7. I requested to cancel and get all the money sent back to my bank.App and service has some great features.
8. After more calls, they finally told me I had to send in my ID and a phone bill before he could use the card? For what??? They have also pulled money from my bank several times after I turned off auto funding.

There are still things that are concerning and not transparent to the user (the app is remotely deactivated, so it just crashes without providing feedback; the monthly fee is automatically debited so it shouldn't have caused a cancellation; the reactivation can get stuck in a loop.)DON'T get this.
10. Guess what, it didn't 😡I then tried to login, never let me use my phone number, and I forgot my password, tried to reset it, the system couldn't even handle sending a single email.
11. Really tired of the constant badgering to apply for their credit card and monthly fees.
