I would really like the developers to address this problem since it seems very ridiculous to have to issue a physical vaccination certificate that would cost you more money than the one already spent on the initial registration and the adding of a passport details on the app.After registering successfully, I couldn't add my passport details.. It says you need to have a photo.. Then doesn't allow me to capture the photo.. Any idea if that is a bug or what? Changing the review even to one star and if there is Zero I would have given it Zero The app never send a pin to register after we have paid already the 100LE and registered!!!!!Unbelievably full of errors, including but not limited to the following, "no Internet connection" although I am connected and logged in!!! How can this even happen!!!!??, doesn't let me upload picture stating "something went wrong, please try again later" later,...

2. The UX needs to be improved a lotAwful app! After paying the 100 LE and logging in successfully for the first time, it logged out and then I couldn't log in again with the OTP they sent before! It wouldn't send a new OTP and wouldn't let me log in with the old one! Seems like a scheme to collect money afterall...There is a problem with the app.

3. Hope this problem would be fixed soon.Unbelievable, I tried so many times to register but everytime before finishing the registration with the payment it said 'no internet connection, please try again later'.

4. After successfully completing the registration and paying the fees the app refuses to save the file on the grounds that there is no internet connection while the internet is working fine.

5. Each time you login it request an OTP code, However, After first successfully login it will stop sending OTP and you can not login to your accountGarbage app that doesn't work.

6. It is AFAIK impossible to share a link, picture or screenshot if ever you need to send a supporting document to any entity abroad.

7. You will keep being told there's no internet connection when you're clearly connected.

8. I would rate it a 5 if I was able to take any screenshots or if the "share data" button actually gave you the option to share the QR in any other way BESIDES SHOWING IT PHYSICALLY IN PERSON.
